To date, we have utilized the purchased equipment for clinical evaluations of our employees, several classes, and have training sessions with our staff scheduled every month for the rest of 2014. These training aids reduce clinical risk and improve patient safety by allowing a more realistic training experience. These devices provide a full range of educational options from basic assessment to more advanced skills training, which gives our instructors objective ways to measure students, allowing them to DO the skills rather than verbalize them.
