The Michigan Public Health Code requires that each ambulance service operate under the direction of a Medical Control Authority (MCA). These MCA's are created by area hospitals and each MCA has a Medical Director who is responsible for the clinical care within it's MCA.

Pride Care has medical control privileges in the following MCA's:

• Kalamazoo County Medical Control Authority
• Van Buren County Medical Control Authority
• Cass County Medical Control Authority
• Berrien County Medical Control Authority
