2014 Kal-Haven Trail Run
The Kal-Haven Trail Run took place on Saturday, April 5th. The 33.5-mile event included a solo run designated as the RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) State Ultra Championship, a 2-person team relay, and a 3-6 person team relay. Despite the cool temperatures at start time and some snow/ice remaining on the trail. We had 87 solo finishers, 22 2-person team finishers, and 67 3-6 person team finishers (503 total registered participants)! The proceeds of the event will allow Kalamazoo Area Runners to donate (currently estimated at over $6,000) to the local Girls on Track program (program of the Greater Kalamazoo Girls on the Run)!!
