EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

In order to be eligible for employee benefits, the employee must successfully complete their introductory period. You must also be classified as full-time personnel.

Medical Insurance

Eligible employees may participate in our group medical insurance plan.

Full-time employees may enroll in either a single or a family contract after completing 90 days of employment.  Information and enrollment forms may be obtained from the front office.

Our corporation pays a portion of the cost of your medical insurance.  Premiums are deducted from your paycheck if you elect to participate. For exact costs, contact the Human Resources Department.

 

Disability Insurance

Employees may apply for disability insurance. The corporation does not presently contribute to the cost of this insurance, but employees receive a corporate discount when purchasing this policy.

The cost of this policy varies and can deducted from your payroll check. Contact the Human Resources Clerk for further information.

 

Life Insurance

Eligible employees who participate in our Medical Insurance Plan are provided with a minimal amount of life insurance through that policy. However, additional coverage may be obtained at a discounted rate. The company does not pay for additional coverage.

 

Retirement Plan

Our corporation provides eligible employees with an optional 401(k) retirement plan. This plan is designed to be utilized in combination with your Social Security benefits and personal resources to provide you with an assured income at retirement age.
